Industry Night at Apollo Fields

When Terrence and I stood in the middle of our new venue in Hunterdon County, NJ, watching the last of the candles flicker low and hearing the soft hum of conversation still lingering in the air, we felt it so deeply—this is it. This is what we’ve been building toward for the past ten years.

Industry Night wasn’t just a launch or a networking event. It was a love letter to everything we’ve poured ourselves into over the past decade: a celebration of community, creativity, and connection. It was personal. It was the merging of our work, our passions, and our people—all under one roof. And it was beautiful.

Hosting has always been our thing. It’s the glue that binds both our business and our personal lives. Whether it’s a casual dinner party at home or a full-blown event, there’s nothing we love more than bringing people together around a table, creating a space that feels warm, intentional, and full of life. That’s what led us here.

With this venue, we finally have the space to marry all the things we love: curating meaningful events, setting beautiful tablescapes, cooking food that feels like home, and creating a setting where people can truly connect.

And when I say we didn’t do it alone—I mean it. The support we received from our community and friends was overwhelming. The absolutely stunning florals were created by Rachel, owner of Floating Dahlia, who brought such softness and elegance to the space. The planning and flow of the evening? That was Irene from Irene & Co., who brought calm expertise and an incredible eye for detail. The music came from Great Family Artists, who filled the room with soul and energy, setting the perfect tone. And the memories—those were captured by Fireside Sparrow and Andrea Flores, two talented photographers who saw the night the way it felt.

It was more than just networking. It was heart. It was a celebration of the relationships we’ve built over the years, of the people who have walked alongside us, and of the creative spirit that brought this whole thing to life.

There’s this moment at every event we host that always gets me. The food has been served, the wine glasses are a little lower, the conversation is a little louder, no one’s checking the time. The candles have burned down just enough, and everyone’s lingering. That moment—that’s what it’s all about. That’s when I know we’ve done something right.

Terrence and I are so grateful for everyone who helped bring our first Industry Night to life. If this is the energy we’re starting with, I can only imagine where this next chapter will take us.

xo,
Heather
